The program presents the works by the composers who worked closely with the Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble in different times. Some of them were invited to Moscow (Helmut Zapf, Enno Poppe), other were the professors of the International Young Composers Academy in Tchaikovsky (Peter Ablinger, Oscar Bianchi). Three works of the program were written specially for MCME (Helmut Zapf, Boris Filanovsky, Alexander Khubeev). All presented composers live permanently or lived temporarily in Berlin.
